Mindset Wishlist allows users ("creators") to build a wishlist of products by pasting links from online retailers. Creators can share their wishlist with friends and family ("viewers"), who can then contact the creator via Facebook Messenger to arrange a gift purchase.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using Mindset Wishlist, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Product links added to wishlists may be automatically modified to include affiliate tracking parameters. This means that if a viewer clicks a product link and makes a purchase, MindSetApps.io may earn a commission from the retailer. This does not affect the price paid by the viewer or the creator in any way.
By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to this affiliate link modification.
Mindset Wishlist is a wishlist sharing tool only. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any purchases. All transactions occur directly between the viewer and the retailer. We are not responsible for any disputes, failed deliveries, or issues arising from purchases made through product links on our platform.
The "Open Messenger" button on viewer pages links directly to Facebook Messenger using the creator's provided username. We are not responsible for the content of any messages exchanged between creators and viewers, nor for any issues arising from the use of Facebook Messenger.
All product names, images, and descriptions belong to their respective retailers and brands. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on wishlists. Product information is fetched automatically from retailer websites for display purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindSetApps.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mindset Wishlist, including but not limited to failed purchases, lost gifts, or miscommunication between creators and viewers.
We strive to keep Mindset Wishlist available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to remove wishlists that violate these Terms. Wishlists that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be automatically deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
